How we list lots
AuctionDigger collects the basic facts of each lot (address, county, guide price, auction date and status) from auctioneers' public pages, once a week, and links every lot straight back to the auctioneer's own listing. We don't copy photos or descriptions: for those, the legal pack and bidding, go to the auctioneer.
We only collect from websites whose terms allow it. Some large online auction platforms don't allow their listings to be reused, so they are not on AuctionDigger unless they give us permission. Auctioneers can send us their auctions directly.
Auctioneers we check
Locations on the map are approximate (about 1 km, or the county centre). Guide prices are the auctioneer's, not a valuation. Always read the legal pack and get independent advice before bidding.
